Ready Basting For Veal Recipe
Ingredients
3 tbsp (50 mL) white wine or dry sherry or 1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce (preferably Japanese) or 2 tbsp (30 mL) Teriyaki sauce (bottled) or 2 tsp (10 mL) Worcestershire sauce or 2 tbsp (30 mL) sour cream
Directions
€¢ Add 1 tsp (5 mL) paprika to the ingredient of your choice.
€¢ Microwave 30 seconds at HIGH.
€¢ Mix well and baste meat with it before and during cooking.
