Directions

Remove the membrane from the Bone side of the ribs

Apply a generous amount of rub to each side

Bring the temp up on the smoker to 300 degrees and maintain

Place the ribs Bone side down on the rack and smoke for 15 minutes

Turn Ribs and cook another 15 minutes

Remove from smoker and wrap in Extra heavy duty foil and return to the smoker

Cook for 1 hour

Remove and enjoy
