Ingredients

 Water5 Quart
 Medium shrimp5 Pound, unpeeled
 Ground red pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Powdered seafood boil - 1/3 cup
 Creole seasoning3 Tablespoon
 Garlic powder2 Teaspoon
 Lemon1
 Celery - 1 stalk , cut into 3-inch pieces
 Salt1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ice cubes

Directions

MAKING
1 In a large Dutch oven, bring water to a boil.
2 Add in the next 7 ingredients.
3 Return to a boil.
4 Remove from heat, and blend in salt.
5 Add ice cubes, just enough to stop the cooking process.
6 Allow to stand for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
7 Drain well.

SERVING
8 Serve immediately.
