Directions
1. Prepare the salsa by dicing the tomato and chopping the onions and garlic, in a bowl mix the onion, tomatoes, garlic and sea salt along with cayenne.
2. In a large bowl mix the diced mushroom along with chill powder, let it rest for 10 minutes.
3. In a blender blend the seeds, water, lemon juice, paprika, seas salt, garlic blend for 1 minute and then add the cumin, onion granules and cayenne.
4. In a large bowl mix the diced mushroom along and the blended mixture.
SERVING
5. Serve the mixture on a bed of romaine lettuce and top it with salsa.
