Ingredients
Pine nuts – 3 tablespoon, raw, freshly ground
Pumpkin – ½ cup, freshly bakes and mashed
Organic Cream cheese - ½ cup
Cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon, ground
Nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon, ground
Xylitol – ½ teaspoon
Directions
1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and pumpkin.
2. Add ground cinnamon and nutmeg; mix.
3. Add xylitol and mix.
4. In a small ramekin bowl, place the ground pine nuts and add the pumpkin cheese mixture over it.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
