Ingredients

 
Macadamia Nut butter (or Almond Butter)- 2 tablespoons
 
Sesame or olive oil - 1/3 cup
 
Tamari - 1 tablespoon
 
Cumin powder - 2 tablespoons
 
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
 
Jalapeno pepper - 1/2, deseeded
 
Lemon juice or lime - 2 teaspoons
 
Filtered water - 1/3 cup
 
Kelp noodles - 1 pack

Directions

1) Prepare the Kelp noodles as per the package instruction.
2) Add all the ingredients into your blender.
3) Blend thoroughly and serve over Kelp Noodles.
4) Garnish with thinly sliced Red Bell Peppers and Mung Bean Sprouts.

*You can garnish with peanuts and cilantro.
