Raw Mushroom Radish Boston Lettuce Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 12 Large | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Juice of 2 lemons | ||
| 12 red radishes | ||
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 head Boston lettuce, rinsed and chilled | ||
| 1/2 cup celery or fennel, finely chopped | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Wash mushrooms and cut off dry stem end; slice mushrooms very thin.
Immediately pour lemon juice over mushrooms, coating them well.
Slice radishes; tear lettuce into large pieces and place in salad bowl with mushrooms.
Combine salt, pepper, chives, celery and salad oil; pour over salad and mix well.
