Directions

Place cabbage in food processor fitted with s blade and pulse until rice like texture

Transfer to large bowl and add, onion, sun-dried tomato powder, oil, salt, chili wder, cumin, onion powder, garlic, and tomato, toss gently.

Can warm if you like in a dehydrator set at 125 degrees for 30 mins to 2 hours.

Serve with ‘Taco Nut Meat‘ sliced avocado on a romaine leaf.
