RAW MANGO RICE Recipe
Ingredients
rice 1cup
raw mango 1/2 cup{grated}
ground nut 1/2 cup {fried}
green chillie 5 to 6
coriander
curry leaves
channa dal 1/2 tsp
urad dal 1/2 tsp
mustard seed
oil
salt to taste
lemon juice few drops
Directions
first grate the raw mango and add lil salt and keep aside
pressure cook the rice with lil oil and few drops of lemon so that the rice would not stick to each other
the in a deep fry pan fry ground nut until its golden brown and keep it aside
in the same pan take make tadka of mustard {wait until it crackels},urad dal,channa dalfry till the dal becomes golden brown then add g.chille,coriander,curry leaves fry for 2mins then put off the flame in this mix the cooked rice and grated raw mango and salt as per ur taste garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot
