Directions

1. Take one bunch of organic kale and separate the leaves from the stems. (Put the stems aside for juicing)
2. Wash the leaves well and cut them into small pieces, first lengthwise, then widthwise.
3. Add a 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Massage into the kale with your hands. This softens the leaves.
4. Add 1/2 a ripe avocado and again mix in with your hands.
5. Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon.
6. Add a chopped raw tomato.
7. Add 3 chopped green onions.
8. Add 2-3 tablespoons of raisins or dried cranberries, or goji berries :-)
9. Mix it all together and serve.
