Raw Food Smoothie Recipe
Smoothies are rich, thick, sweet, satisfying drinks made out of whole fruits, frozen fruits, fruit juices, and sometimes nuts, seeds, or other ingredients. Smoothies are popular in juice bars around the world.


Ingredients
Persimmon Madness
5 persimmons, without skin and seeds
2 cups of orange juice
1 cup of frozen berries
Orange-Avo
3-4 oranges
3-4 dates
1/2 avocado
1 banana
Tangerine Dreams
1 cup of tangerine juice
2 ripe bananas
1 ripe papaya, seeded, skin removed, and diced
Mango Passion
2 cups of fresh-squeezed orange juice
2 cups of mango flesh (about 3-4 mangoes)
June Smoothie
1/2 Mexican papaya, seeded and peeled. (how much?)
20-30 pitted cherries
The Ultimate Smoothie
1 cup of fresh-squeezed orange juice
Flesh of 2 mangos
8 oz. (small package) of fresh or frozen blueberries
1 frozen or fresh banana
2tablespoons flax seeds
1teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients and serve.
