Directions

Put jicama in a food processor. Add cashew nuts. Process until smooth.
Add rosemary, almond powder, garlic, salt & pepper to the processor. Process until smooth.

The reason it didn't work at first was because you didn't put any liquid in the vitamix first or else you will burn the motor up. You should have edited the video after you screwed up. You dang near spit it out in the bucket too, which looked verry unapealing to the quality of this dish.
