Raw Flax Crackers and Guacamole Recipe Video

Raw flax crackers along with guacamole are super healthy and delicious. These raw flax crackers along with guacamole are loaded with nutrients and minerals and are a wholesome treat. Serve these raw flax crackers as a snack or a starter and watch them disappear.

Ingredients

 
Flax crackers:
 
Soaked flax seeds
 
Soaked pumpkin seeds
 
Cilantro and parsley mix
 
Soaked dry tomatoes
 
Nama shoyu
 
Crushed red pepper
 
Black pepper
 
Sea salt
 
Guacamole:
 
Onions, chopped
 
Cilantro, chopped
 
Avocados, sliced and peeled
 
Lemon juice form half a lemon
 
Tomatoes, chopped
 
Sea salt

Directions

In a food processor, grind the pumpkin seeds, cilantro and parsley, dry tomatoes, nama shoyu, crushed red pepper, black pepper and sea salt all together.
Add in the flax seeds. Pulse blend.
On a wax paper, spread out the flax mix evenly with a spoon and dehydrate it for 6 hours.
Flip and dehydrate for another 4-6 hours.
For the guacamole, add all the ingredients in a bowl and season with sea salt.
Mix well.
Serve with the raw flax crackers on the side.
