Ingredients

 1 pound fresh salmon, tuna, or other fish of your choice
 Dill1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley
 Watercress, or other type of greens
 Horseradish2 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce4 Tablespoon

Directions

Slice fish; arrange on platter along with greens.
Mix horseradish and soy sauce; dip the fish into sauce before eating.
If desired, freshly grated ginger may be substituted for the horseradish.
Capers may be used for garnish.
