Raw Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound fresh salmon, tuna, or other fish of your choice | ||
| Dill | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | ||
| Watercress, or other type of greens | ||
| Horseradish | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Slice fish; arrange on platter along with greens.
Mix horseradish and soy sauce; dip the fish into sauce before eating.
If desired, freshly grated ginger may be substituted for the horseradish.
Capers may be used for garnish.
