Ingredients
2 Cups Butternut Squash
2 Cups Sprouts (broccoli, pea shoots, clover, sunflower, or any combination)
1-2 Cups Water
1/4 cup almonds, soaked overnight and blanched
1/2 Cup chopped yellow onion
3/4 tsp ground Ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 TBSP cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 clove garlic
Directions
Blend adding water in slowly to get to your desired thickness. Garnish and serve :-)
If you like it more on the sweeter side you can always add 1 cup of fresh orange juice in place of the water.
