Ingredients

 Cranberries2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apples1 Cup (16 tbs), unpeeled
 Grape1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup orange sections
 Pecans and walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Lettuce
 Whipping cream4 Tablespoon, Whipped
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Wash cranberries and put through a food chopper, using coarse blade.
Add sugar, and let drain overnight in refrigerator. (Save juice to use in punch or molded salads.)
Combine cranberries, apples, grapes, oranges, and nuts.
Toss lightly.
