Raw Cacao Superfood Dessert Balls, Ep 46 Recipe Video

Tonight I have the great opportunity to make some fabulous raw dessert treats for a Life Coaching Event here in Montreal. These cacao balls I make are so super yum, that I decided to share the recipe and show you how to make them!! Enjoy and have a fabulous weekend everyone!!!

Ingredients

 Raw cacao1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Carob powder1 Cup (16 tbs) (Raw)
 Cashew nuts1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hemp seeds1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Coconut oil1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Raw honey1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Spirulina1 Tablespoon
 Sea salt2 Pinch
 Dried coconut1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded

Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, place cashew nuts and grind until crumbly powder.
2. To the food processor, add raw carob, hemp seed, coconut oil, raw honey, spirulina, celtic sea salt and blend it all well.
3. Take the cocoa batter on a plate and make small balls.
4. On a plate, place shredded coconut and coat coconut over it.
5. Put the cocoa balls in fridge for an hour.

SERVING
6. Serve it with juice.
