Raw Cabbage Salad Recipe Video
Annmarie’s mom makes this salad, but she adds Ramen noodles.
It’s likely that none of you will be doing that to this recipe.
But regardless, (and Ramen-noodle-less) this recipe is quick, easy and tasty!
Annmarie also gives some knife wielding lessons during this show, so you’ll notice that I’m filming further back than normal.

Ingredients
1 Head Chinese Cabbage or Green Cabbage
6 Scallions or more if you like
1/4 cup White Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cup Black Sesame Seeds or
you can add 1/2 cup sliced Almonds
Dressing:
3/4 cup oil (olive or sesame)
6 -7 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Agave or more if you like
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon White Pepper
Directions
Mix dressing ingredients together then toss in when ready to serve.

We all know that cabbages are very healthy for us....Cabbage salad is one of the most widely accepted cabbage recipe known to me...however, i never used black sesame seeds for my cabbage salad. I would surely try the salad with black sesame seeds :)
