Buckwheat Porridge Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
Soaked buckwheat, organic, 2 cups (in 4 cups of water, overnight)
 
Agave (to sweeten)
 
Dash of cinnamon
 
Apples, cubed

Directions

Rinse the buckwheat under running water and add it into the food processor.
Add in the agave and cinnamon.
Blend.
Add in the apples and blend, if desired.
Transfer to a bowl and add the apples on top.
Garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
