4 stalks celery
2 tblspn, parsley
2 raw carrots
1/4 small cabbage
French dressing
lettuce
ground peanuts
walnuts

Directions
Wash and grind the beets.
Cut celery parsley, carrots and cabbage fine.
Marinate with French dressing.
Place on lettuce leaves.
