Ingredients
Oil-1tsp
Raw Banana-3(chop cube shape wash and keep aside)
Onion-1(big)finely chopp
Haldi-1/4tsp
Dhainyapd-1tsp
Ginger and garlic paste-1tsp
Tomato paste-3tsp
Garammasala-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Green chillies4(straight chopp)
Water as required
Coriander for garnishing
Directions
In a pan put oil.
Then add chopped onion,ginger and garlic paste and fry till golden brown.
Now add raw banana and fry then add haldi,dhainyapd,water and allow to cook.
(But take care it shouldn't become mashy),When bubbles comes add tomato paste and stir it
By adding garammasala,salt,chopped greenchillies,water little and mix nicely and allow to cook for 5mins
When it is ready transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves
Eat with rice,chapati,roti.......
