Ingredients
| Unsalted butter | 3/8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 5 Tablespoon | |
| 1 small can anchovies in oil, chopped | ||
| Garlic | 6 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| 4 celery stalks, cut into 2 inch lengths | ||
| 1 red pepper, pith and seeds removed, cut into thin strips | ||
| 1 green pepper, pith and seeds removed, cut into thin strips | ||
| Carrots | 4 Small | |
| 1/4 small white cabbage, cut into fairly wide strips | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, pour olive oil and add butter, garlic and anchovies (with oil).
2) Now, gently cook the ingredients for 15 minutes with constant stirring.
3) Empty into a fondue pot, heatproof dish or chafing dish placed over a plate warmer.
SERVING
4) Serve complemented with raw vegetables.
