 Carrots, sliced diagonally : 2
 Capsicum, de-seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces : 2
 Mushrooms, slightly boiled in salted water : 12
 Broccoli, boiled in salted water : 12 flowerets
 Radish, cut into long slices : 2
 Cucumber, cut into long slices : 2
 Celery stalks, cut into 2 inch pieces
 Small red radish, cut into two : 12

Directions

1. Put the curd dip in a small bowl and place it in the centre of a large flat glass dish.
2. Decorate with the assorted vegetables and serve as a snack for evening cocktails. It is very refreshing and a good change from the fried snacks.
