Raw Vegetables And Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
2 fresh peaches, pared and sliced
2 fresh pears, pared and sliced
2 apples, pared, cored, and chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Mix vegetables, fruits, and walnuts together.
Toss well with a French dressing, or any of your favorite salad dressings.
For variation, try these other salad combinations: Sprouted wheat, chopped green onions, chopped celery, and parsley.
Carrots, celery root, and watercress.
Celery, apples, dates, figs, and nuts.
Grated endive, raw peeled beets, cashew nuts, bean sprouts, and parsley.
Shredded Swiss chard, grated carrots, and chopped green onions.
