Raw Taco Salad Recipe Video
Ingredients
Ears of Corn (Cut off the Cobb) - 3 or More
Cherry Tomatoes - 1 Carton
Mango - 1 , Ripe
Tomato - 1, Large
Romaine Lettuce Leaves
Basil - 1, Small Bunch
Yellow or Red Onion - Small Bit
Cilantro - 1 Bunch
Celery - 2-3 Stalks
Fresh Lemon - ½, juiced
Avocado - 1/3 (optional)
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Take sweet corn out from the cob and place corns in a bowl.
MAKING
2. Add chopped mango to the corn and mix well.
3. Put cherry tomatoes and mix it thoroughly.
4. Dice onion and add to the bowl.
5. Chop cilantro and put it in the bowl.
6. Add one third of avocado and mix it well.
7. Add lemon juice as per your taste.
8. Once mixed, add romaine and celery.
9. Blend some cherry tomato along with basil and drizzle the sauce on top.
SERVING
10. Serve the salad by placing it on the top of romaine lettuce.
