Raw Mixed Vegetable Spaghetti Recipe Video
Here's a delicious, low-calorie, extremely high-nutrient recipe we're almost certain you'll love!
3-4 zucchini, sliced thinly lengthwise, "spiralized," or grated
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 head of cauliflower, finely (and I mean "finely") chopped
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 heaping tablespoon Italian seasonings
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Place the zucchini and tomatoes in a medium-large salad bowl. Put all of the other ingredients into a smaller bowl and stir until it's all mixed nicely together. Pour the "smaller bowl" mixture into the zucchini and tomatoes, then toss/stir gently. Eat at room temperature, or refrigerate for a few hours (or for however long you want). This should be eaten within a day of your making it. Yummy! Yummy!
