Raw Smoothies Fruit Salad and Fruit Jelly Recipe Video
Banana smoothie, coconut smoothie, ice-cream, fruit jelly fruit salad
Ingredients
For the banana-berry smoothie:
Bananas
Water – 2 cups
Strawberry
Blueberry
For the coconut smoothie:
Coconut meat
Milk
For the banana-berry ice cream:
Banana – frozen
Blueberry
For the fruit jelly:
Ripe mangoes – 4 numbers
Bananas – 4 numbers and few slices for garnishing
Psyllium husk – 4 tablespoon
Grapes – for garnishing
For fruit salad:
Paw-paw – 2 numbers
Mangoes – 3 numbers,
Banana – 2 numbers, sliced
Coconut meat
Coconut milk
Directions
MAKING
1. For the banana-berry smoothie: In a blender, blend together the bananas and berries with water; mix well.
2. For the coconut smoothie: In a blender, blend together the coconut meat and the milk.
3. For the banana-berry ice cream: In a blender, blend together the frozen bananas and the blueberries; mix well.
4. For the fruit jelly: In a blender, blend together the mangoes and bananas.
5. Add the psyllium husk and mix well.
6. Top up the fruit jelly with sliced bananas and grapes; refrigerate for a while.
7. For the fruit salad: Blend the paw-paw to a fine paste.
8. Scoop out the pulp from the mangoes and add the sliced banana with the paw-paw.
9. Blend together the coconut meat with the coconut milk to a smooth paste; mix well with the fruit mixture.
SERVING
10. Serve the smoothies in tall glasses with straw.
11. Scoop the ice cream and serve immediately.
12. Serve the fruit jelly cold.
13. Serve the fruit salad immediately.
