Raw Radish Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 large package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 cup chopped radishes
Directions
In a small bowl, blend together cream cheese, lemon juice, dill weed, salt, and garlic.
Add chopped radishes and stir until blended.
Cover; refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
You might garnish with a radish rose and parsley.
