Recipe Story

This recipe will amaze family and friends. Kids love these little balls especially with some melted dark chocolate drizzled on top. You can easily break these in plain organic yogurt....yummy!!!

Ingredients

 Pecan butter2 Cup (32 tbs) (Place 2 Cups Raw Pecans In Food Processor 5-6 Min. Until It Becomes A Ball)
 Medjool dates30 , pitted
 Shredded dried coconut1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Organic)
 Sea salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Pecans1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
 Dark chocolate pieces3 (85% Dark Chocolate)

Directions

1.In food processor add dates until smooth, it will become a ball. Add the "pecan butter," coconut, salt, and cinnamon. Process until everything is combined.
2. Remove from food processor and place in a bowl. Work in the chopped pecans until they all blended in the date mixture.
(I love using my hands for this part…really get the feel of it….)
3.Take some of the mixture and roll into balls, any size desired. You can even place them in individual muffin liners.
4.Store covered in the fridge for 1 hour.
5. This will make approximately 20 balls.

*Optional topping*; melt 3 pieces of 85% dark chocolate…1 minute in microwave…drizzle on top of pecan pie balls.
