1. Cut the durian along the medians and peel the skin. Remove the seed and set aside the flesh.
2. Cut open the jackfruit and remove the seeds. Set aside the flesh.
3. Cut the coconut and collect the water and meat. Set aside.
4. In a blender add durian, coconut water, coconut meat and jackfruit. Blend for around 30 seconds or till smooth.
5. Put the pineapple and continue to blend till smooth.
6. In a serving glass serve the smoothie fresh or put it in refrigerator till used.
