Directions
1. Soak over night mustard seed, mineral water, and lemon juice.
MAKING
2. For the raw mustard dressing: The next day, in a high speed blender blend the soaked the mustard seed and honey. Once done store it in a bottle.
3. For the honey mustard dressing: In blender blend raw mustard, olive oil, raw honey and water and blend all the ingredients well until smooth.
SERVING
4. Serve the both dressings along with your veggie salad.
