Raw Mushrooms With Green-Chile Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
2 to 3 tablespoons minced canned California green chiles (seeds removed)
1 small package (3 oz.) cream cheese with chives
About 8 fresh mushrooms
Paprika or minced parsley
Directions
Blend the chiles and cheese, adding more chile if you want it hotter.
Slice the mushrooms lengthwise, through the stem and cap.
Place about 1/2 teaspoon chile cheese on each slice.
Sprinkle with paprika or minced parsley.
