 Button mushrooms2 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Cottage cheese225 Gram
 Onion1 , sliced
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice4 Tablespoon
 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
 Ground nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 Coriander2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 3 tomatoes deseeded and quartered

Directions

1. Clean and wipe mushrooms and slice thinly.
2. Mix well the lemon juice, lemon rind, olive oil, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
3. Place the cottage cheese cubes, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, chillies and coriander in a serving dish. Pour the dressing over it. Mix well and chill.
4. Toss again before serving.
