Raw Mushroom Salad With Cottage Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Button mushrooms | 2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Cottage cheese | 225 Gram | |
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tsp. grated lemon rind | ||
| Ground nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 3 tomatoes deseeded and quartered | ||
Directions
1. Clean and wipe mushrooms and slice thinly.
2. Mix well the lemon juice, lemon rind, olive oil, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
3. Place the cottage cheese cubes, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, chillies and coriander in a serving dish. Pour the dressing over it. Mix well and chill.
4. Toss again before serving.
