Directions
1. In a blender, mix 2 egg whites, 1/4 of large grapefruit, 1 inch ginger, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoons of Udo's oil.
2. Add 1 cup of spinach and 1 teaspoon Stevia.
3. Add about 1-2 cup water and blend.
