1. Prepare all the ingredients, as per the directions given in the video.
2.In a blender put the coconut meat, coconut water, raw honey, vanilla essence and blend on high, until the mixture is creamy.
3.In a bowl, mix the strawberries, mangoes and kiwis together.
4.In an ice cream bowl, put one layer of the coconut mixture, followed by the fruits. Repeat this process once more, to use up the remaining coconut mixture and fruits.
5.Serve chilled as a dessert, topped with a cherry!
