Raw Lettuce Wraps and Sushi Rolls Recipe Video
Ingredients
| Sushi wrap | 1 Medium | |
| Lettuce leaf | 1 Medium | |
| Peanut butter | 1 Tablespoon (mixture paste) | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Cucumber | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely | |
| Tomato | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely | |
| Green onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 Medium, chopped finely | |
| Avocado | 1 Medium, mashed | |
| Sprouts | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame tamari | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1. For Sushi Wrap: Over a sushi wrap sheet spread peanut butter, sesame tamari and ginger paste.
2. Arrange carrots, cucumber, tomato, green onions and red bell pepper on the sushi wrap.
3. Roll carefully as shown in the video.
4. For lettuce wrap: on a lettuce leaf place cucumber, carrot, green onions, tomato, avocado and sprouts.
5. Roll carefully to make a lettuce wrap.
SERVING
6. Serve with your favorite dip or sauce.
