1. In a blender add the cashews, dates, cinnamon powder, frozen berries and blend till smooth. Put pine apple and continue blending till smooth.
2. Pour the orange juice slowly and resume blending till required consistency is achieved.
3. In a serving glass or bowl, put few berries. Add 3 tablespoons nut and berry cream over it. Place a few pineapple pieces and add 2 more tablespoons of nut cream over it. Serve it chilled garnished with a berry.
This can also be served as a banana split.
