Directions

MAKING
1. In the blender add soaked Irish moss and 1 cup of hemp seed milk. Blend for a few seconds. Scrape down the sides and blend again.
2. Pour 1 more cup of hemp seed milk, hemp seed, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla, sea salt, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, all spice, cayenne and resume blending till smooth.
3. Pour the coconut oil and lecithin and blend again for a few more seconds.

SERVING
4. In a serving glass or bowl / cup, serve the mousse garnished with fruits or berries or as it is. Also it can be used in any other dessert recipe.

TIPS
This mousse can be serve immediately or chilled for a few hours.
