Raw Cucumber And Cooked Crab Recipe

| Crab meat | 1/2 Pound, frozen | |
| Rice vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Shoyu | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Cucumbers | 4 |
Directions
Peel cucumbers leaving some strips of green and slice into 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick slices.
Spoon out the seeds leaving a thin layer on the bottom.
Blend crab meat with remaining ingredients and spoon a teaspoon of it onto the cucumber.
Serve cold.
