Suace
 
¼ hemp oil
 
4 cloves garlic
 
1 ½ mineral salt
 
¼ tbsp crushed red pepper
 
Pasta
 
Cucumber
 
Side Dish
 
Raw Tomatoes
 
1 tsp thyme
 
Salt
 
Black pepper
 
Cheese sticks
 
Cucumber core
 
Nutritional yeast

Directions

Sauce
For the sauce take some hemp oil in a bowl and add minced garlic, salt and freshly ground red pepper. Mix and the sauce is ready.

Pasta
Use cucumber to make pasta. Take a peeler and peel the cucumber zest and discard. Then peel through the cucumber to take out pasta until you see the seeds. Save this core for another dish.

Add a couple of tbsp of sauce to the cucumber pasta and toss them up.

Side dish
For the side dish, take diced tomatoes in a bowl. Add some grounded thyme, salt and black pepper. You can use either fresh seasoning or dry seasonings.

Cheese sticks
Use the core of the cucumber for cheese sticks. Cut them like small sticks. Add some nutritional yeast and some salt.

Serve all the 3 dishes in a plate.
