| Cashew/Almonds or walnuts | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch (Ecuadorian salt) |

Directions
1. Blend the dates, nut, salt and vanilla in a food processor.
2. Stir in the chocolate pieces by hand.
3. Press into a bag as shown in the video, flatten with your hand, shape and chill.
