|Vanilla powder||1 Pinch|
|Cashew/Almonds or walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||1 Pinch (Ecuadorian salt)|

1. Blend the dates, nut, salt and vanilla in a food processor.
2. Stir in the chocolate pieces by hand.
3. Press into a bag as shown in the video, flatten with your hand, shape and chill.
4. Serve Raw Cookie bars for snack.
