Ingredients

 Ice cubes12 (1 Tray)
 Pecan1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), crumbled
 Pine nuts3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Raw coconut butter2 Ounce
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Vanilla essence1 Tablespoon (High Grade)
 Honey2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1.In a blender, combine together the ice cubes, 1 ½ cup pecans, pine nuts, coconut butter, salt, vanilla essence and honey.
2. Blend at high speed until the ice cubes are well crushed.
3. Using a spatula, scoop out the ice cream in a mid size bowl.

SERVING
4. Add ½ cup pecans to the ice cream and mix well.
5. Serve this creamy ice cream cold.
