Directions
1. Soak walnuts in water for 68 hours or overnight.
MAKING
2. In a blender blend the walnuts, figs, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla beans and salt.
3. Blend until you get a coarse texture.
4. Make small balls from the mixture and dehydrate them.
SERVING
5. Serve the brownie coated with some desiccated coconut.
NOTE
You can also store them in your freezer.
