Directions

MAKING
1. Blend diced peaches, avacadoes & gojies first in the blender.
2. Next add ice cube and blend again.
3. Blend till you get a smooth pudding like consistency

SERVING
4. Serve cold in a bowl.
5. Garnish with bee Pollen on top.

I freeze most of the fruits that I know I'll want to use in my VitaMix (also very ripe fruits that are beyond eating alone). This way, when I make smoothies/ice creams, I don't need to use as much, and sometimes no ice, which I think tends to dilute the product.
