Ravioli-Sausage Casserole Recipe
Ravioli-Sausage Casserole is a meal in itself and is perfect for an elaborate weekday dinner. This tasty dish is my husbands favorite and it doesn’t take too much time to prepare it. Try this excellent Ravioli-Sausage Casserole recipe at home!
Ingredients
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can (151/2 ounces) ravioli in tomato sauce
1/4 cup catsup
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
1 package (8 ounces) fully cooked brown and serve link sausage
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Mix mushrooms, ravioli in tomato sauce and catsup.
In ungreased lquart casserole, alternate layers of 1/3 of the ravioli mixture and 1/2 each green pepper, and cheese.
Arrange sausage spoke fashion on top.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until bubbly.
Best Tossed Salad and hot French bread are the simple but perfect asides for this double quick casserole.
