Ravioli with Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen ravioli with cheese - 2 pkg (12-oz size) | ||
| Stewed tomatoes - 2 cans (1-lb size) | ||
| Tomato sauce or tomato sauce with cheese - 2 cans (8-oz size) | ||
| Dried oregano leaves | 4 | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese ,grated | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 As per the package instructions, cook ravioli.
2 Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan,mix tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and garlic powder.
3 Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
4 Lower the heat, and let simmer, uncovered, until ravioli is done.
SERVING
4. In the center of a serving dish, arrange drained ravioli and spoon the sauce around the edge, drizzling a little over the ravioli.
5 Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
