Ravioli Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Cold water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Beef broth | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 15-ounce cans beef ravioli in sauce | ||
| 1 1/2 to 2 cups cubed cooked beef | ||
| 1 16-ounce can cut green beans, drained | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 3 Ounce, chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
In 2-quart casserole stir water into flour; stir in broth.
Micro-cook, uncovered, till thickened and bubbly, about 5 minutes, stirring after each minute.
Stir in the ravioli in sauce, beef, beans, and mushrooms.
Micro-cook, covered, till hot, 7 to 8 minutes, stirring four times.
Sprinkle cheese atop.
