Ravigote Sauce Recipe

1 slice bread
2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
1/2 cup water
1 envelope instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped drained capers
Dash tarragon
Directions
Put bread in blender to make crumbs.
In saucepan cook onion flakes in water with broth mix.
When onions are soft and water evaporated, add skim milk and bread crumbs.
Cook until sauce is thick, then stir in remaining ingredients.
If desired, you may puree the sauce in the blender or put through strainer.
