Rava Pakoda Recipe
Done in every South Indian household!
Ingredients
| 2+1/2 Cups of Sooji (cream of wheat) | ||
| Rice flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Curd | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Green chillies | 4 , finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Large | |
| Coriander leaves finely chopped | ||
| Frying Oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Cut the chillies and onion into small pieces.
Mix all the above ingredients along with the onions and chillies with the curd and water .
Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot enough, drop the small quantity of mixed dough into the hot oil and fry them till they are golden colour.
