Ingredients

 Fine rava1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Maida1 Cup (16 tbs) (plain flour)
 Rice flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1 1⁄2
 Green chillies5 , chopped in round shape
 Carrot2 Medium, grated (peeled)
 Raddish1 Medium, grated (peeled)
 Ginger1 Inch, grated (peeled)
 Coriander2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Water5 Cup (80 tbs)

Directions

In a bowl add all the above ingredients and water and mix to a dosa batter with sapatula nicely.see that it should not get lumps.when the batter is ready
Keep dosa pan on a gas,when it is hot add oil and put dosa batter in a sapatula and add oil on the top.
Allow to fry on both side.
When it is ready serve with peanut chutney
Peanut Chutney:-
Dry roast the paenuts in a kadai till they turns brown colour and allow to become cool.
Once it become cool,scrape thenouter skin of peanuts and keep aside.
In a same pan fry onion-2(small),Green chillies-1,Dry red chillies-2 with a less oil and wait to become cool.
Grind onion,green chillies,dry red chillies,tamarind,roasted and peeled peanuts,salt,water toegther
Take a serving bowl add coriander-1tsp to the chutney.
Season the chutney with oil,mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Best served with Dosa,Idilis,Chapatis,Rotis
